Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and StockFlow LLC ("we", "us") about the Franko app and website. By using Franko, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Franko.
1. Franko is education, not advice
Franko is a game for learning about money, the economy and markets. Nothing in Franko is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Market data can be delayed or wrong. Make your own decisions, and talk to a licensed professional for advice about your situation.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Franko, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
3. Subscriptions and free trials
- Franko offers paid subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Prices and periods are shown before you buy.
- If you start a free trial, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Apple handles payments and refunds under its own terms.
4. Market calls and leagues
Market calls, scores, streaks and leagues are game features. They involve no money, no bets and no prizes of monetary value. Some league players can be computer-simulated to keep leagues active.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Franko: no cheating with automated tools, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no unlawful use.
6. Our content
Franko, its games, text, characters (including Franko the turtle), design and software belong to StockFlow LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while you follow these terms. Some content is written with the help of AI and checked automatically; it can contain mistakes. Tell us if you find one.
7. Third-party data
Franko uses data from third parties, such as public economic statistics and market data providers. We do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Franko is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Franko. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Changes and ending
We can change Franko and these terms. For important changes, we tell you in the app. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
